This is my new summer jam. Avicii’s summer single “Levels.”

The song features house roots, four-on-the-floor beats, beats made for dancing, and use of modal harmonies amongst other unique attributes. The song samples Etta James’ “Somethings Got A Hold On Me,” which was recently covered by Christina Aguilera in the motion picture “Burlesque.”
